- Step 4: Click "Self Declaration" → Accept terms by clicking "Yes" → Click "Save" to complete online application submission.
- Step 5: Upload Photo (JPG, max 10 KB; size 5 cm height x 3.6 cm width) and Signature (JPG, max 10 KB; size 2.5 cm height x 7.5 cm width).
